Responding to Christ's call to bring healing and wholeness to all, the Congregational Care Team supports the Spirit, Mind, and Body of the members of our church community.   The Team works to
  • Pray for our members
  • Provide resources for spiritual practices
  • Provide Home Communion and Visits
  • Maintain and share Prayer list
  • Healing from Grief Support Group
  • Cancer Support Group
  • Educational Programs and Resources
  • Blood Pressure Check Sundays
  • PATH Exercise Class
  • Health Support
