PATH EXERCISE CLASSES

Nearly twenty years ago, Federated Church began offering exercise classes in Price Hall every Tuesday and Friday morning.  PATH, which stands for Physical Activity for Total Health, is taught by a professional fitness instructor and includes strength training, aerobics (walking), flexibility and balance training.  Although the class is geared
towards those over the age of 50, everyone of all ages is welcome, church members and the wider community alike.  The church provided the equipment for us to use: weights, stretch bands, tubes, chairs, and floor mats.  The classes typically lasted approximately one hour.
       In-person PATH Exercise is back at Federated on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30-9:30 AM. Equipment is supplied.  Proof of vaccination and masks are required and current church opening policies will be followed. See you there!!! 
     The cost is $5 per session or $40 per month.  Checks should be made out to Federated Church with the memo line reading "PATH".  Anyone interested should send an email to office@eldoradofederatedchurch.org
