Spiritual Direction

God is within us all, fully, completely, without reservation or limitation.  We have but to look and listen; taking time to be with ourselves and inviting an openness to the Holy.   This is our faith journey which can be enriched by the ancient practice of spiritual direction.
     Spiritual Directors have a special role to play by establishing a safe space for you to listen deeply, intently, spiritually, and letting your authentic self shine through.  They usually meet monthly to be a companion and to help listen for what is happening in your life and your experience of the Divine. 

How does one find a spiritual director?
